ICEJ Report

Merry Christmas 2022

But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting.
     (Micah 5:2)

Dear Friends,

Many greetings from Jerusalem! During this special season, I would like to wish you and your family a very blessed Christmas and God's provision and guidance for the New Year.

We wish you a Merry Christmas!

Warm regards,

Dr. Jürgen Bühler

Comfort in Conflict

The ICEJ thanks you for supporting the people of Israel during the recent conflict and at other difficult times. Have a look at the many ways your giving has blessed the nation of Israel when it was most needed. The ICEJ has been providing bomb shelters and protective gear to the most vulnerable communities, helping Jews come home to Israel despite the conflict, and standing with Israel worldwide. Please continue to support us in reaching out and helping those in need by giving at: icej.org/aid.

Passion Week

“Passion Week” is a special five-part video teaching series produced by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem to mark the Passover/Easter season, taking us on a journey from Palm Sunday thru Resurrection Sunday. Join us in the very locations in Jerusalem where Jesus spent his last week of ministry, poured out his life for our redemption, and then arose in triumph over death and the grave. Featuring teachings by ICEJ President Dr Jürgen Bühler and others, this video series will bring to life the entry of Jesus over the Mount of Olives on Palm Sunday; His agony in prayer at Gethsemane; His trial before Pilate at Herod’s Palace; His death on Calvary; and the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day. The Passion Week series will be available starting Sunday, 28 March on the ICEJ’s YouTube channel.

Happy New Year 2021!

Though it may not have always been evident, God has been with you through every pain, disappointment, frustration and lonely season of 2020. You may feel weary as you enter into a new year, but take heart, for God is always working! He has a good plan for your life and you are never alone.

Happy New Year from the ICEJ!

Merry Christmas 2020

For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given,
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
     (Isaiah 9:6)

Many Helping Hands With One Heart

During times of crisis or times of celebration, our call remains the same: To comfort God's people and to say "Lord, here I am". It was an honor for ICEJ volunteers to lend a helping hand to Hineni (Hebrew for "here I am"), an organization based in Jerusalem that offers aid to those in need in the surrounding area.

Together with this Jewish organization, ICEJ helped package and deliver hot meals and boxes of Passover essentials to those who are struggling during this pandemic. Thank you for partnering with us with one heart, the heart of our Heavenly Father, to give to those in need, especially during crisis and Passover celebration!

Give today to the ICEJ’s “Israel in Crisis” Fund to help Israelis in need during this time of crisis and Passover celebration:

Hope is at the Door!

Since 1996, ICEJ Homecare has provided nursing assistance and emotional support to Israel's most vulnerable population. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many of the people we visit and help on a weekly basis are not able to have visitors. This is especially difficult during this Passover season, because it is usually a time when everyone gathers together with their families to celebrate the week-long holiday. Unfortunately, many will be alone in their homes this Passover.

Therefore, the ICEJ Homecare is taking extra care of those in need by providing home deliveries of food and simply being a source of friendship and hope at the doors for many!

Join us in bringing hope and light to Israelis in need as many celebrate this unusual Passover alone in their homes!
